Mueller Auditorium

  • Accommodates 250 people auditorium style, 200 banquet style with tables and chairs, and 125 classroom style.
  • Adjacent Covered Veranda for receptions, snack breaks, and networking sessions.
  • Adjacent commercial kitchen.
  • Fully equipped with sophisticated presentation technology, including a smart podium, multiple LCD projection system, Smart Board, Digital Document Camera, Plasma Screens, VCR/CD Rom/DVD/Audio Cassette/CD Player, Superior Sound System and Lighting and Sound Options.

Wachovia Strategic Planning Center

  • Accommodates up to 24 participants.
  • This unique multi-media room is fully equipped with:
    Smart Podium, smart board, rear projection system, VCR/CD Rom/DVD/Audio Cassette/CD Player and Superior Sound System.
  • Main Room features movable, writeable, erasable wall panels to encourage creativity and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Four connected break-out rooms, each is equipped with dry erase boards, notebook computers linked to main room smart board, plasma screen with Smart Board linked to Main Room Smart Board to coordinate input from breakout groups for a finished strategic plan at the end of the session.

Business Training Room

  • Accommodates up to 30 participants.
  • Smart Board.
  • Desktop Computer and VCR connected to LCD Projection System with remote.

Seacoast National Bank Computer Lab

  • Accommodates 1 facilitator and 16 students.
  • 17 workstations with Windows XP, Office XP, and Internet Access.
  • Smart Board.
  • Dry Erase Whiteboards.

Multi-Purpose Classroom

  • Accommodates up to 16 participants
  • Dry Erase Whiteboards.

Non-Profit Rate - $25/hour
For Profit Rate - $20/hour

Commercial Kitchen

  • Fully equipped commercial kitchen to host a professionally-catered dinner or bring your own refreshments.
  • Teaching environment for IRSC's Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management programs and the Culinary Institute of the Treasure Coast.
  • List of caterers is available upon request.
  • Caterers Agreement must be completed and signed.
  • Caterers must supply copy of license and insurance to center.

*Conditions for return of deposits: Kitchen, banquet rooms, and classrooms must be free of damage and brought back to cleaned condition for full deposit refund. Please allow 21 days for refund of deposits.


Renters must deliver a certificate of insurance showing that they have in force bodily injury and property damage liability protection in an amount of no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit and indicating that the IRSC District Board of Trustees is named as additional insured under such policies for the duration of the event. The certificate must be provided to the Center not less than 14 days prior to the event. The facility cannot be rented without this coverage. If your organization does not have insurance then you must purchase insurance through IRSC. Please contact Joe Brozenick at (772) 226-2690 for current rates.
